Shipping Policy
1. Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Orders are not shipped on weekends or holidays. If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. We will notify you via email if there will be a significant delay in your order.
2. Shipping Rates: Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the chosen shipping method and the weight of your order. We offer various shipping options, including standard and International shipping.
3. Delivery Time: Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected at checkout. Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Standard Shipping (United States) 5-7 business days
- Expedited Shipping: (International) 8-12 business days
4. International Shipping: We currently offer international shipping to all regions International orders may be subject to additional customs duties and taxes. These fees are the buyer's responsibility.
5. Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. This allows you to monitor the status of your shipment.
Refund Policy
1. Returns: We accept returns for most items within 2 vweeks from the date of delivery. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:
- Unused and in the same condition that you received it
- In the original packaging with all tags attached
2. How to Initiate a Return: To initiate a return, please contact our customer service at LampzStore@outlook.com and provide your order number and reason for the return. We will provide you with further instructions.
3. Refunds: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 2-5 business days
4. Return Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the return shipping costs, unless the item was received damaged or incorrect. In that case, we will cover the return shipping costs.
5. Item Exchanges: We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange an item for the same item, please contact us at Lampzstore@outlook.com
6. Final Sale Items: Certain items may be marked as "Final Sale" and cannot be returned or exchanged. These items will be specified on our website.
7. Refunds on unauthorized purchases: We do not offer refunds on unauthorized purchases to the extent of: A family member or kid making a purchase In regards to fraudulent orders, our fraudulent analysis cancels any orders upon completion.
